Description
The Residence 1963, situated in a sunny position in Termeno, was fully renovated in 2023. It now features five modern apartments and three double rooms.
The stylish apartments Uri, Burgele, Wudle, Zenzi and Hansl, named after well-known characters from the traditional Egetmann Carnival parade in Termeno, are perfect for couples and families and come fully equipped.
A daily breakfast basket is a special highlight. Included in the room rate, guests staying in the apartments can also book this or opt for the bread roll service.
The proximity to Lake Caldaro and the South Tyrolean vineyards invite you to go hiking, biking and wine tasting. You will also receive free access to the Gretl am See bathing beach and a guest card.
