Our house is located in the sunny south of South Tyrol directly at the Kalterer See, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot.
The village center of Kaltern is only 5 minutes away by car.
Surrounded by vineyards, this is the ideal place for a restful and relaxing holiday in a personal atmosphere.
We also have a breakfast terrace with a wonderful view of the lake, a sunbathing area and much more, such as free access to the bathing beach "Gretl am See" and the guest card "mobil & activ Card".

Room rates
A surcharge of 7.00 euros is charged for stays of up to 3 days.
Discounts for children per night: up to 1 year free; 2-3 years 6.00 euros; 4-15 years 30% discount
Holiday apartment
The prices are always for 2 people, each additional person from 0-17 years pays 11,00 Euro per night, from 18 years it will be 22,00 Euro per night. For stays of less than one week, an additional final cleaning fee of 55.00 euros will be charged. You are also welcome to have breakfast on our terrace: 17,00 Euro for adults and 11,00 Euro for children from 3 years - 15 years.
