Description
The Guesthouse is located in a very quiet and sunny location surrounded by vineyards with a view of Lake Caldaro. The building is attached to the Hotel Hasslhof and both houses are connected underground.
On the ground floor of the Guesthouse is our "Hassl Wine Bar" with large living room and lounge with fireplace. Two of our rooms have recently been renovated: the "Vernatsch" double room (with access to the terrace) and the "Lagrein" suite (on the first floor).
All guests of our Guesthouse are invited to use the services of the Hotel Hasslhof:
Breakfast and dinner in the dining room of the Hotel Hasslhof or in our courtyard / terrace, large heated Outdoor-Infinity-Pool (16 x 8 m) with fantastic view of the lake, large sunbathing lawn with loungers and a splendid view of Lake Caldaro, panoramic sauna: Finnish sauna "Caldera" with fantastic lake view, Turkish bath "Vulcania", outdoor whirlpool, pine-scented relaxation room and an outdoor children’s pool (approx. 3 x 3 m; depth: approx. 30 cm).
The Winepass is always included. With this pass our guests can use all public transport for free, visit 80 museums and castles for free and participate in 40 wine-related events with a 50% discount.

Additional babybed / cot: € 10,00 per day
Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2024 have to pay a local tax of 2,50 € per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay. It is only payable on departure. (From January 1st 2024 the tourist tax could increase by up to 3 € per person per day)
Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
“Special” cancellation conditions at the Hasslhof:
To enable you to make a carefree booking in difficult times, we have relaxed our cancellation policy.
If it is not possible to start your holiday due to travel ban (closure of borders), you can cancel your reservation free of charge.
We recommend that everyone take out travel cancellation insurance. From now on, Covid-19 diseases will be insured like any other unexpected serious illness.

There is no right of withdrawal under the consumer protection code - however we guarantee the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 1 month before the start of the stay there are no cancellation costs, up to 21 days before we keep the deposit, from 21 days before or in case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
